Step Two
Proposal & Fixed Quote
Within 24 hours of our call, you'll receive a clear, written proposal outlining exactly what we'll deliver, when, and for what fixed price. No estimates, no hourly rates — just a single number you can say yes or no to.
Step Three
Design & Approval
Once you're happy with the proposal and 50% deposit is received, we begin designing. You'll receive a live preview link — not a PDF — so you can see exactly how your site will look and feel in a real browser. We revise until you're genuinely satisfied.
Step Four
Build, Test & Refine
With the design approved, we complete the full build — adding all content, setting up forms, connecting analytics, implementing SEO, and testing across every major browser and device. You get another round of review before anything goes live.
Step Five
Launch & Ongoing Support
On launch day, we handle everything — domain, hosting, SSL certificate, and submitting your site to Google. Once live, we stay on hand for your full support period, answering questions and making small tweaks free of charge.

Frequently asked about our process
It depends on the package. The Launchpad (4-page site) typically takes 5–7 working days. The Business Website usually takes 10–14 working days. The Elite Business package is 3–5 weeks. The main variable is how quickly we receive your content and feedback — fast responses mean faster delivery.
We'll send you a simple content brief after the proposal is accepted. This typically covers: text for each page, your logo and brand colours (if you have them), and any photos you'd like to use. We can also help source content through our copywriting and photography add-ons if needed.
Unlimited — we don't cap revisions. We want you to be genuinely happy with the end result, and we've found that most projects are completed within two or three rounds of feedback. Structural changes requested after approval may be discussed as an addition to scope, but we'll always be transparent if that's the case.
You're not left stranded. After your included support period, you can sign up for our monthly maintenance package (from £49/month) or contact us for one-off updates. We'll always be available to help.
Absolutely. If your existing site needs a refresh, or no longer reflects your business needs, we can redesign and rebuild from scratch, retaining your existing domain and migrating any content you'd like to keep. We'll review your current site on the discovery call.
